Instareza released Mail Control WordPress Plugin

Instareza is an online booking system based on WordPress and one of the most important aspects of our product is sending emails (Mail control):

• Transactionnal emails such as order or booking information
• Email Marketing with newsletters
• And Marketing automation emails such as Cart abandonment, visit anniversary, ask for review on various plateforms (tripadvisor, google maps, social networks) …

We needed to ensure that this aspect was handled flawlessly :

1. We needed to make sur that emails were delivered to our clients inboxes while avoiding being marked as SPAM
2. We needed to be able to track those emails, to know if our client opens it and clics on our links and eventually resend them
3. We also needed that those emails followed your clients graphical guidelines (to be pretty)

As WordPress and Open Source users, we felt like we should make our solution to this set of problems as an open source free WordPress Plugin.

So please Welcome “Mail Control” our one stop shop for a better email experience with WordPress, it will allow you to design and customize your emails using WordPress native customizer (compatible with WooCommerce), control your SMTP email deliverability, track your emails clicks and openings (reads), and allow defering the emails as a background process to speed up your pages.
